This month is all about promoting a healthy lifestyle. Time to work on healing my mind, body, and spirit. I suffer from Celiac disease, IBS, and PCOS. I tend to go for foods that are easy and convenient. Basically, my diet consists of from chicken tenders and tacos. In turn, I suffer with chronic bloating and inflammation. We’re changing that this month! Here’s how:
• swim for 40 minutes 4x a week
• weight lift 3x a week
• drink at least 100 ounces of water a day
• no eating out
• no dairy products
• stick to an anti inflammatory diet
• eat 3 meals a day
• no excess spending…gas and groceries only (unless skin care products run out before July)
• read on the porch for 30 minutes a day
• stick to skincare routine
• play guitar or ukulele for 30 minutes a day
• do laundry every other day
• wake up at 5:00 AM
• post weekly updates on my goals to hold myself accountable
