EP.1 - Do You Love Him Or Are You Afraid Of Being Alone?

Sometimes we don't tolerate it because of love.

But endure because of fear of emptiness

We told ourselves, "Still ok."

Although in the heart tired until almost without strength

We accept words that hurt

Allow to be in an unclear relationship.

Because one idea is deeply loud:

"Without him... what are we left with?"

The truth that hurts but is important

Some relationships don't make us happy.

But it makes us feel "not alone."

And for some,

Not alone is more important than happiness.

We are afraid that no one will say hello.

Afraid of beds that are too wide

Afraid of having to live with your own thoughts

Afraid of the question that we have always avoided

"Actually, I love him.

Or do I just not want to be alone? "

A sign that it could be "fear," not "love."

• You feel more anxious than happy.

• You value yourself to keep him.

• You dare not come out for fear of starting over.

• You feel empty when they don't answer. Don't care.

Good love will keep you "stable."

It doesn't make you "afraid of being dumped all the time."

Important questions to be honest with yourself

Ask yourself,

• If he's gone, but am I still worth it?

• If I were to be alone for six months, would I crash, or would I learn something?

• Am I in love with him... or am I using him to fill a gap in my heart?

Didn't start with being loved.

You're not worth more.

Because someone chose you.

And you're not worthless.

Just because someone walked out

Sometimes, being tired is alone.

Is the beginning of really loving yourself.

Because when you're no longer afraid of emptiness,

You won't have to be in a relationship that makes you smaller.
