✨ Pros:
I live in a brand new community. I’m the first person to stay in my apartment and I wanted to be on the first floor and I got a first floor with a little yard space/porch.
I have a walk in closet and two office spaces when I’m gonna use for my officer when I used for a bar room/creation room.
Our amenities are great and I actually do love the monthly activities. They host at the clubhouse. The pool is open all year and they keep it clean all year. I also don’t have to pay for any guests to park or worry about visitor spaces if I wanted my own custom parking space I could get that to.
👀 Cons:
We aren’t allowed to host any events in the clubhouse as of now because their office spaces are in there.
Really not too many cons honestly, I’ve loved living here for the first year and I’m glad I signed the lease for my second year. I do wish I had the views that come with living in uptown, Charlotte and the walking ability.

🧹 Tips: I didn’t have a job before I moved to Charlotte, but I got a job offer so I was able to use my offer letter to get the apartment.
