Todays Read 📚

As someone who had to regulate my period by getting on birth control starting at the age of 15, this is a very good book of educating yourself around this. SINCE getting off BC 3 years ago, my periods are irregular again. Have I yet to see a doctor? Yes (don’t come at me I promise I will lol) especially if I want to have kids. I’m still reading this but it’s a lot of great information I feel like I’ve been missing out on!
