• 2 oz grapeseed oil

• 2 oz hemp seed oil

• A few drops of Vitamin E oil (optional, for added benefits and shelf life)

• 2–4 tablespoons of dried chamomile herbs or 4–5 packets of dried chamomile tea herbs (Recommended: German chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) or Roman chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile))

Here’s how to make it:

1️⃣ Mix 2 oz hemp seed oil + 2 oz grapeseed oil in a jar.
