Expecting the same patience, the same silence, the same tolerance. You assumed I would accept careless words, betrayal or the shadows of your behavior without question. But I am not like them. I am not someone who will compromise, stay silent or allow the same patterns to repeat. I see the difference, I feel the boundaries and I honor myself enough to demand what I deserve. I will not settle for what others have tolerated, because I am entirely my own. I deserve respect, care and loyalty that is unwavering and I will never let anyone make me forget my worth.
