consistency is one of the hardest things when it comes to the gym and making sure that you’re physically healthy

but it’s definitely possible and not nearly as hard as a lot of people try to make it

overall you just need to enjoy what you’re doing to the best of your ability and also set rewards so that way you’re working towards something with more motivation than just relying on your own fleeting feelings!!
