Let’s talk hair!

Last year I was struggling so much with growing out my hair and it would constantly get dry at the ends. I would get my hair trimmed multiple times throughout the year but it did not help with growing out my hair. I tried lots of hair masks, vitamins and gummies, and a couple hair oils but NOTHING was working. One day I decided to give up and just live with what I had… which then my hair decided to grow… weird?

The only thing I can think of that worked was oiling my scalp with the Mielle Organics Scalp & Hair Strengthening Oil. I only applied it to my scalp two-three times a month or two (whenever I had time). I would apply it before a shower and leave it on at most 10 minutes. One last thing is I never use heat unless it’s a special occasion.

What do you think made my hair grow? Manifestation? I heard when you want to manifest something you have to forget about it and then it will come to you.

Shampoo & Conditioner: Monday (Smoothing )

Oil: Mielle Organics Scalp & Hair strengthening

What I changed:

- Oiled my scalp/hair less

- Stopped taking vitamins and gummies

- less brushing right after a shower
