Banana Clip: Everyday Vs Korean Style

... Read moreOkay, so if you're like me, you're always on the hunt for hair accessories that are both functional and stylish. That's why I'm absolutely obsessed with my Cobana banana clip! What makes this one a standout? Unlike most clips that only open one side, this Cobana beauty opens on both sides, making it incredibly easy to secure even thicker hair without feeling like you're going to break it. Seriously, it's a game-changer for quick updos and sleek styles. Let's dive into how I use it for both my casual 'everyday look' and that gorgeous 'Korean style' everyone's talking about. For Your Effortless Everyday Look: This is my go-to for busy mornings or when I just want my hair out of my face but still looking put-together. Gather Your Hair: Simply gather all your hair at the back of your head, similar to how you would for a low or mid-ponytail. Open the Clip: Now, here's where the Cobana magic happens. Open the clip fully – remember, it opens on both sides – and position it vertically against your scalp where you want your ponytail to sit. Secure: Scoop all your hair into the open clip. The dual opening makes it super easy to ensure every strand is caught. Close the clip securely. Your hair will cascade down, creating a lovely, voluminous look that’s perfect for running errands or a casual brunch. It's so simple, yet it holds everything perfectly. Achieving the Chic Korean Style: This look is a little more refined and perfect for when you want something elegant with minimal effort. I learned this trick recently, and it's become a favorite! Start with a Ponytail: First, gather your hair into a mid-to-high ponytail. Make sure it's smooth and free of tangles. Prepare the Clip: Take one side of your Cobana banana clip and hold it open. Roll and Secure: Now, this is the key: roll the hair into it. Starting from the end of your ponytail, begin rolling your hair upwards around the open side of the clip. Keep rolling until you reach the base of your ponytail. Flip and Shape: Once rolled, flip it downward to shape it. This creates that beautiful, voluminous bun-like effect. The clip effectively holds the rolled hair against your head. Final Touches: To really ensure it stays put and looks polished, you can use a small clip to keep the hair in place at the bottom. Then, clip at the top to hold everything together with the other side of your Cobana banana clip. Adjust any loose strands, and voilà – instant elegance! Why I Love My Cobana Banana Clip: Beyond these two styles, this clip is incredibly versatile. It's gentle on my hair, doesn't cause breakage, and the strong grip (thanks to that double-sided opening!) means I don't have to constantly readjust. Whether I'm going for the 'everyday look' or the sophisticated 'Korean style', my Cobana clip has become an essential part of my hair routine. If you're looking for a reliable, easy-to-use, and stylish hair accessory, I highly recommend giving the Cobana banana clip a try. It truly elevates your hairstyling game!
