Throughout my stay at Shangri-La, what has impressed me the most is not only the beautiful property or the outstanding facilities, but above all, the people.
I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Raman, Mr. Shinob, Mr. Mukul, Mr. Wai, and every member of the Shangri-La team.
Whether it was the receptionists, housekeeping staff, technicians, security officers, restaurant staff, or colleagues from every department, everyone carried out their work with professionalism, warmth, and genuine kindness. Their smiles, friendliness, and heartfelt care made every interaction a pleasant one. The seamless teamwork among all departments created an environment where I always felt welcomed, reassured, and truly at home throughout my stay.
When it comes to the facilities, I believe Shangri-La offers everything needed for a wonderful quality of life. From the private beach, swimming pools, fitness center, sports facilities, sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi to the nearby restaurants, convenience store, pharmacy, and various shops, everything is thoughtfully provided to make daily life comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable.
Even inside my residence, every detail was carefully attended to. Drinking water, tea, coffee, bathroom amenities, towels, bathrobes, and every essential item were always replenished with great care. These small yet meaningful touches reflected Shangri-La's commitment to excellence and attention to detail. Every time I returned to my room, I felt relaxed, comfortable, and genuinely happy.
I have also been truly impressed by tonight's gathering. Although the food was simple, every dish was delicious. The games brought laughter, joy, and relaxation to everyone. More importantly, this evening provided a wonderful opportunity for residents to meet, talk, and spend quality time together. It is another beautiful example of how Shangri-La cares for its residents—not only as valued guests, but as members of one family.
Finally, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the management team and every member of the staff for your exceptional care and kindness throughout the past nine months.
I will always treasure the wonderful memories, meaningful friendships, and unforgettable experiences I have received here. Shangri-La will forever hold a very special place in my heart.

จากประสบการณ์ที่พักอาศัยใน Shangri-La Residences Abu Dhabi ผมอยากแชร์ความประทับใจเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับชุมชนและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่นี่ที่ทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้านจริงๆ สิ่งหนึ่งที่โดดเด่นคือกิจกรรมและงานเลี้ยงที่จัดขึ้นสำหรับผู้พักอาศัย เช่น งาน Summer Celebration ที่จัดขึ้นในบรรยากาศเย็นสบาย พร้อมเครื่องดื่มแฮนด์คราฟต์และอาหารว่างเบาๆ เป็นโอกาสดีที่ให้ผู้พักอาศัยได้พบปะพูดคุย สร้างสัมพันธ์และความอบอุ่นเหมือนครอบครัวเดียวกัน ผมเคยได้เข้าร่วมงานดังกล่าวที่จัดใน Majlis บนชั้น 5 ของ Shangri-La ซึ่งมีการแต่งกายแบบ Smart Casual ทำให้บรรยากาศดูผ่อนคลายแต่ยังคงความสุภาพ นอกจากนั้น สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ ก็ครบถ้วนและถูกดูแลอย่างดี ไม่ว่าจะเป็นสระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนส ห้องซาวน่า ห้องอบไอน้ำ และจากุซซี่ รวมถึงบริการร้านอาหารใกล้เคียง ร้านสะดวกซื้อ และร้านขายยา ช่วยให้ชีวิตประจำวันสะดวกสบายยิ่งขึ้น บริเวณที่พักมีเสน่ห์ด้วยสะพานไม้ที่เชื่อมต่ออาคารต่างๆ ให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนเดินอยู่ในชุมชนเล็กๆ ที่ล้อมรอบด้วยธรรมชาติ มีการดูแลความปลอดภัยและบริการอย่างมืออาชีพจากทีมงานที่เป็นมิตร สิ่งเล็กๆ อย่างการเติมน้ำดื่ม ชา กาแฟ หรือของใช้ในห้องน้ำ ก็สะท้อนถึงความเอาใจใส่ถึงรายละเอียด ทำให้ทุกครั้งที่กลับมาที่พักผ่อนรู้สึกสบายใจและผ่อนคลาย โดยรวมแล้ว การเลือกพักที่ Shangri-La Residences นอกจากจะได้บ้านที่สวยงามและมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันแล้ว ยังได้รับการต้อนรับและดูแลอย่างอบอุ่นจากทีมงานและชุมชนผู้พักอาศัยด้วยกัน ซึ่งเป็นประสบการณ์ที่หาไม่ได้ง่ายๆ และทำให้ชีวิตในต่างแดนรู้สึกพิเศษทุกวัน
