One thing I noticed is how important it is to cherish the little things—like a beautiful sunset or a spontaneous road trip—which often become the fondest memories. I also realized that keeping a journal helped me appreciate these experiences more deeply, as writing about them brought back the emotions I felt at the time. Reflecting on last year also reminded me to set intentions for the future, focusing on creating more fulfilling and balanced moments.
