In addition to the recommended Killer Hogs TX seasoning for authentic Texas-style taste, consider marinating the meat prior to cooking. Marinades can enhance the flavor profile, adding complexity and depth to each bite. Popular ingredients for marinades include garlic, rosemary, and olive oil, which pair wonderfully with beef. For those aiming for the perfect temperature, a meat thermometer is your best friend. The ideal internal temperature for medium-rare Eye of Round is around 135°F (57°C), while medium will be closer to 145°F (63°C).
