📍 Hello, we are amateur runners. Today we took the 10 K field for the first time in our lives. It was a lot of fun and we learned a lot of lessons and experiences from running this field.
🏃♀️ ➡️ very proud of yourself. But before running a little, it was tired. 10 kilos was no in the head. Until getting to the running field often, there was an inspiration to run.
✅ Since before running, we felt a ripple of water in our stomach, probably because we drank a lot of water before running, and during the run, we drank water all the time because we were afraid that the body would not be able to run. In the last eight, we got a speed. Many people overtook Makilo at the ninth, the cork was unable to run, so we had to stop walking. At that time, we had to try to take a deep breath, close to the finish line and come back slowly. It was a great lesson.
📝 Tip: I want to eat a lot of water during the run for a sip, or I'll stop.
📝 Tip: Enough rest before the day of the match is very important.
