LOOKING FOR A HEALTHY SNACK IDEA?

Kale chips are my favorite go to snap recipe. They are quick easy to make and Healthy!

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2. Remove kale leaves from stalk and wash in a large bowl with white vinegar and salt.

3. Dry kale in a salad spinner or with paper towels

4. Add kale to a lined baking sheet

5. Drizzle with olive oil

6. Season with Salt Pepper and garlic powder (optional)

7. Bake in oven until crispy approx. 10-15 minutes. cook time varies depending on oven and rack height.

8. Remove from oven and enjoy your delicious crispy kale chips!
