It's not about doing glamorous workouts or finding the perfect time; it’s about doing the work, even when no one’s watching. This approach helped me gradually evolve into the stronger, healthier person I envisioned for myself months ago. Consistency is the glue that holds your fitness journey together. It's the small, repeated actions every day—taking those extra reps, fitting in a quick workout, choosing to fuel your body well—that compound over time. There are no shortcuts here, just discipline and showing up. This mindset shift helped me stop waiting for the "I'm ready" moment and start embracing imperfection. If you relate to these feelings, try focusing on the person you want to become 3, 6, or 12 months ahead. Visualize her and show up for her every day.
