✔️ 1/2 cup butter (113g)
✔️ 2/3 cup white chocolate (100g, chopped)
✔️ 3/4 cup sugar (150g)
✔️ 2 tbsp lemon zest + 1 tbsp lemon juice
✔️ 2 eggs + 1 egg yolk
✔️ 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (100g)
✔️ 1/2 tsp kosher salt
🍋 Glaze:
✔️ 1 cup powdered sugar (120g)
✔️ 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
👀 How to Make It:
1️⃣ Melt butter & white chocolate over simmering water. Set aside.
2️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F & grease an 8x8” pan.
3️⃣ Mix sugar & lemon zest, then add white chocolate mixture.
4️⃣ Stir in eggs, lemon juice, flour, & salt.
5️⃣ Pour into pan & bake 23-25 min. Cool completely.
6️⃣ Mix glaze & drizzle over brownies. Enjoy!
