🛒 You’ll Need:

✔️ 1 whole turkey (12–20 lbs)

✔️ 1 onion, quartered

✔️ 1 lemon, quartered

✔️ 1 apple, quartered

✔️ Fresh rosemary, thyme & sage

✔️ 1 cup unsalted butter

✔️ Garlic, salt & pepper

👩‍🍳 How to Make It:

1. Thaw turkey in the fridge: 24 hrs per 5 lbs. Let sit at room temp 1 hr before roasting.

2. Preheat oven to 325°F.

3. Mix herb butter: Combine softened butter, garlic, salt, pepper + chopped herbs.

4. Pat turkey dry. Season the cavity with salt & pepper. Stuff with onion, lemon, apple, and leftover herbs.

5. Gently lift the skin and spread herb butter underneath.

6. Tuck wings, place on roasting rack, and brush with remaining melted herb butter.

7. Roast 13–15 min per pound, basting occasionally. Tent with foil when golden.

8. Rest 20–30 mins before carving. Save drippings for gravy!
