So soft, moist, and packed with peanut butter-banana flavor, this easy loaf is perfect for breakfast, snack time, or a little sweet treat. It’s simple, cozy, and seriously so good. 🤎🍌

🛒 You’ll Need:

For the banana bread 🍞

✔️ 4 large bananas, mashed

✔️ 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

✔️ 2 large eggs

✔️ 3 Tbsp milk

✔️ 1 Tbsp vanilla extract

✔️ 3 Tbsp light brown sugar

✔️ 2 Tbsp granulated sugar

✔️ 1 tsp ground cinnamon

✔️ 1 tsp baking powder

✔️ 1 tsp baking soda

✔️ 1/2 tsp kosher salt

✔️ 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:

1️⃣ Grease a loaf pan. You can also line the bottom with parchment paper for easy removal.

2️⃣ In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.

3️⃣ Add peanut butter, eggs, milk, vanilla, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Stir well to combine.

4️⃣ In a separate small bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

5️⃣ Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until combined.

6️⃣ Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

7️⃣ Bake at 350°F for 40–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

8️⃣ Let cool in the pan for 5–10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool.
