Healthy Grocery List Budget Friendly Week of Eats
This is my simple healthy grocery list on a budget for the week. I focused on easy foods that I can mix together for meal prep without spending too much or overcomplicating things.
For drinks, I added coconut water for hydration, plus organic cinnamon apple and ginger juice and pineapple ginger juice for something a little flavorful but still refreshing.
My staples include white quinoa and spaghetti squash as lighter carb options. For protein, I’m using ground turkey because it’s easy to cook and works with a lot of meals.
For veggies, I added baby carrots, cauliflower, and a seasoned mushroom medley that makes meals more flavorful without extra effort.
