Healthy Fast Food Hack

My Chipotle kids meal hack has been one of my favorite ways to eat a more balanced fast food meal

I order the build your own kids meal with chicken, black beans, and brown rice, plus tortillas to turn it into mini wraps.

What makes this a healthier option for me is the balance of ingredients

Chicken for lean protein

Black beans for fiber and plant-based protein

Brown rice for steady energy

It’s also naturally portion controlled since it’s a kids meal, which helps me avoid oversized portions while still feeling satisfied.

I usually add a fruit side and sometimes a sweet tea if I want something sweet, but overall it still feels lighter than a regular Chipotle order.

It’s one of those simple swaps that makes fast food feel more intentional and balanced.
