What makes this a healthier option for me is the balance of ingredients

It’s also naturally portion controlled since it’s a kids meal, which helps me avoid oversized portions while still feeling satisfied.
I usually add a fruit side and sometimes a sweet tea if I want something sweet, but overall it still feels lighter than a regular Chipotle order.
