Mental Health Matters
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and I’m in it—heart, mind, and healing.
I’ve been going through TMS therapy (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), a non-invasive treatment that uses magnetic pulses to help rewire the brain—often used for depression and anxiety.
Today was my 4th session.
The shifts are subtle...
But I’m starting to feel them.
A little less heaviness.
A bit more clarity.
Moments where I can breathe a little easier.
And after years of living in survival mode—
that feels like hope.
I’m sharing this because we need to talk about mental health.
Openly. Honestly. Often.
Healing doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes it’s simply choosing to show up.
Sometimes it’s noticing you’re not drowning in it today.
Sometimes it ’s one deep breath that doesn't feel like a struggle.
And let’s be clear—mental health matters for men too.
This isn’t just a women’s issue.
Men deserve the space to speak up, be vulnerable, and heal too.
If you’re on your own mental health journey, I see you.
If you're supporting someone through theirs, thank you.
Let’s keep talking until silence isn’t the default.
You’re not alone.
And you don’t have to stay stuck.
This is what healing can look like. 🧠💪💚
