✨Read This if You Struggle with Self Motivation 🫶

One thing rejection and perfection will tell you is that failing someone else is bigger than failing yourself. The person you owe to show up for is you and you alone. Once you start to do that, It will get easier to show up before others.

It’s easy to say “love yourself first” but here are some practical first steps:

Focus on keeping your commitments to yourself, even if it’s small one-step achievements, like drinking enough water or spending a few minutes working on a hobby.

Rest in the fact that those small achievements are enough and give yourself space to be proud of your accomplishment(s). After a while you will begin to build habits that further your personal progress.

Write your accomplishments down if you can, try not to write them on social media. This allows you to 1) have something tangible to track your progress and

2) time for your inner voice to grow louder than the thoughts and opinions of others.

Sometimes we reveal ourselves to the world prematurely and set ourselves up for unnecessary pressure. In these instances it really is best to move in silence.

This practice allows for deeper personal insight and a stronger connection to your aspirations. Lastly, don’t be afraid to seek inspiration from others. Reading motivational books, listening to uplifting podcasts, or watching inspiring videos can provide the necessary push to maintain your momentum. By implementing these strategies, you can effectively improve your self-motivation and achieve a more fulfilling life.
