... Baca lagiSaya selalu mencari resepi salad yang bukan sahaja sedap tetapi juga penuh dengan nutrisi. Salad kimchi avocado ini sangat sesuai kerana ia menggabungkan rasa pedas dari kimchi dan kelembutan dari avocado, sekaligus memberikan tekstur yang berbeza dari brokoli dan timun segar. Selain daripada rasa yang unik, kimchi merupakan makanan probiotik yang bagus untuk sistem pencernaan. Memasukkan brokoli pula meningkatkan pengambilan serat dan vitamin C, manakala avocado memberikan lemak sihat yang baik untuk jantung. Dressing homemade menggunakan minyak bijan, minyak zaitun extra virgin, dan campuran rempah seperti kayu manis dan lada hitam, menambah lapisan rasa yang kompleks dan meningkatkan aroma salad. Sedikit madu asli digunakan untuk menyeimbangkan rasa masin dan pedas, menjadikan salad ini lebih seimbang dan menyelerakan. Dalam pengalaman saya, salad ini bukan sahaja sesuai dimakan sebagai hidangan sampingan tetapi juga sebagai makanan utama ringan, sangat sempurna untuk makan tengah hari yang sihat. Saya juga suka menambah sedikit bawang merah yang dihiris nipis untuk menambah keharuman dan sedikit crunch. Saya cadangkan memasak salad ini dengan air sejuk agar isi sayur tetap rangup dan segar, sesuai untuk iklim panas di Malaysia. Anda juga boleh menyesuaikan bahan mengikut citarasa, contohnya menambah lebih banyak kimchi jika suka rasa pedas atau lebih banyak honey jika lebih gemar rasa manis. Kesimpulannya, resepi ini mudah disediakan, kaya dengan manfaat kesihatan, dan sangat sesuai untuk sesiapa yang ingin mencuba makanan yang sihat tetapi tetap penuh dengan rasa.
