Elephant in the room 🐘

Let’s have the conversation, because I love to mention the elephant in the room.

College: is it necessary?

No. I don’t believe it is.

Not only is it scriptural that God qualifies the called, but with so many search engines, it makes learning a breeze!

What about studying to be a doctor?

Ask the doctors you know how much Big Pharma was a part of their education.

Then, ask them how much they know about holistic medicine.

In fact, folks were deemed witches who practiced medicinal healing.

Hmm..

Well that’s quite odd.

Why would we burn someone at the stake, literally, for teaching us how to apply already natural remedies to our natural God-made bodies?

Ask yourself.

We were also not born with sickness.

If you weren’t born with sickness in your body, where did it come from?

Man made things in a lab as a solution to ailments that God already provided solutions to!

Why are you taking an addictive, costly medication that’s wrecking havok on your mind and body when you could be using something natural to cure and aid with no side effects?

Let’s talk real education.

Do you watch documentaries?

Have you ever heard of any of these:

Corporations

Drug Wars

13th

Take Care of Maya

Those are a good start.

These are chock full of truth!

Listen to the people.

Tune out the noise of corporations who pocket off your sickness.

A patient cured is a customer lost.

Take one medication and now the side effects cause reason for another medication until your body starts to die.

That didn’t come from God!

We must be gentle as doves and wise as serpents.

Question everything.

Lean into God for understanding.

Walk accordingly.

Now that my TED talks has gone off the road a bit, is college necessary?

Or, did God give us the capacity to learn outside of an overpriced institution that pushes students to take a ton of unnecessary classes costing massive $$$$ when they could skip to what they are there to learn in the first place.

I want to know…

What is your take?

... Read moreFrom my own experience, questioning traditional paths in education and health can open doors to profound understanding and freedom. I once debated whether attending college was essential for success, especially when the rising costs and sometimes irrelevant courses seemed overwhelming. Thanks to the vast resources on the internet and the encouragement to self-learn, I found myself grasping knowledge more effectively outside conventional institutions. When it comes to health, I started noticing how quick many in mainstream medicine are to prescribe medications without exploring natural alternatives. After some research, I learned about the considerable influence pharmaceutical companies — Big Pharma — have on medical education and healthcare policies. Many doctors, though skilled, might not be fully exposed to holistic options due to this system. Natural remedies, historically dismissed and at times persecuted, have genuine benefits when used thoughtfully. Herbal treatments, lifestyle changes, and nutrition often contribute significantly to well-being without the adverse side effects common to many synthetic drugs. Documentaries like "Drug Wars" and "13th" helped highlight these systemic issues and motivate me to seek knowledge beyond textbooks. Balancing faith, personal inquiry, and critical thinking proved essential. I realized that being gentle as doves and wise as serpents means embracing curiosity while staying grounded in what feels right for body and spirit. Learning outside traditional college settings empowered me to tailor my education uniquely and approach health holistically. Ultimately, this perspective encourages asking tough questions: Why follow a costly, rigid education system if it doesn’t serve your goals? Why rely solely on chemically driven medicine if natural cures exist? These reflections inspired me to walk a path of continual questioning, learning, and healthy living outside mainstream norms.

I made this using AI. This was my first tattoo. I was thinking about getting a tattoo for sooo long and finally decided to go for it. However, I did decide to do it without the watercolor because I heard that it can fade after a while. Still came out pretty bad ass lol. #elephanttattoo #eleph
