🧘 How It Helps Me: waking up earlier helped me show up for my self more and helped me have more time to go to the gym and focus on my main plan b4 I start my day

🧘 How It Helps Me:I noticed when I ate more healthy my body and brain was better my body moved more and my skin is glowing acne is disappearing ofc ur still going to have some pimples but it’s def clearer know also notice my brain and when I say this my thoughts positive and brain fog gone

🧘 How It Helps Me: Ik ik most people don’t like the gym but I been there before and it definitely sucks when ur body and brain ain’t on the same page I promise if u push through you’ll get better and feel better even if u just go for the 15min walk everyday
