Some more attending #BRAE25 authors
OMG, bookworms! I'm already buzzing with excitement for the BRAE25 Beyond The Read Author Event happening next year, June 20-22, 2025, at the Hilton Polaris Columbus, Ohio! If you're anything like me, you live for the chance to connect with your favorite authors and discover new stories, and BRAE25 is shaping up to be an unmissable experience. I just saw some of the incredible attending authors, and I HAD to share! Imagine meeting authors like Kate Hawthorne, known for her captivating storytelling, or getting to chat with Ashley Zakrenski (maybe about her 'Billionaire's SECRET' – I'm so curious!). We also have Melissa Ioppen, whose "SPACE BETWEEN & HATE" sounds absolutely intriguing, and Stephanie Webb Dillon is on the list too, which is fantastic! And for thriller fans, getting to meet T.L. Mayhew (author of "NEVER LOST") and Rebecca Sharp (whose "VERDICT" series I adore) is going to be a dream come true. Seriously, this lineup is fire! Attending author events like BRAE25 isn't just about getting your books signed (though that's a huge perk!). It's about immersing yourself in the book community, finding new authors to love, and making memories with fellow readers. I always recommend preparing a little beforehand to make the most of it. First, check out the full attending author list as it gets updated – sometimes their signing schedules are posted too. This way, you can prioritize who you absolutely must see. What should you bring? Definitely a tote bag (or two!) for all your book haul, a sharpie for signatures (just in case!), and maybe some sticky notes to mark pages you want to discuss with authors. Don't forget your phone for all those photo ops! I also love bringing a small notebook to jot down new book recommendations or memorable quotes from panels. Beyond the signings, many events feature panels, Q&As, and even fun games or raffles. It's a fantastic opportunity to hear authors discuss their craft, their inspirations, and even get sneak peeks into upcoming projects. It's also a chance to connect with other readers who share your passions. I've made some of my best bookish friends at events like this! So, if you're on the fence about attending the BRAE25 book event, I hope this gives you a little push. It's more than just an event; it's a celebration of stories and the people who create them, and the vibrant community that loves them. Mark your calendars for June 20-22, 2025, and I truly hope to see you there in Columbus, Ohio! Let's make some amazing bookish memories together!
