📚 Book Review: Boss Moves by Myron Golden

This book is fire. 🔥 It’s simple, practical, and packed with truth for anyone trying to grow…whether you’re an entrepreneur, business owner, or just starting out.

What stuck with me most is how it helped me shift from selling to serving.

Because of my sales background, I was always trying to convince people. This book reminded me to listen first, ask questions, and create real solutions for what my customers already want.

That mindset alone started changing my business.

It also made me realize where I hadn’t been paying attention…especially when it came to thinking like my customers instead of just creating what I liked.

Once I started applying the principles, I saw actual growth🙌🏾

If you’re serious about business and faith, this book is a must-read.

And if you’re more into audio, check out Myron Golden’s YouTube channel, he literally has a playlist that walks through most of the chapters.

I’ve listened to all 63 videos of his business video playlist and read his book. Worth it. 💯

Bottom line? Boss Moves taught me that real success in business comes from serving with excellence and building with Godly wisdom. 🙏🏾✨

... Read moreOkay, so you've heard 'Boss Moves' is fire, but what does that really mean for your business? For me, diving into Myron Golden's wisdom wasn't just about reading; it was about a total paradigm shift. I used to chase sales, constantly pushing my agenda. But after implementing just a few of his core ideas, I saw a dramatic change. One huge takeaway was truly understanding the difference between selling and *serving*. It sounds simple, but it's profound. Instead of trying to convince someone they needed my product, I learned to genuinely listen to their problems. What are their pain points? What solutions are they already looking for? By framing my offerings as a solution to their existing desires, not only did my sales naturally increase, but I also built stronger, more trusting relationships with my clients. It was less about closing a deal and more about opening a conversation. This shifted my focus from my bottom line to my customer's success, and guess what? My bottom line followed. This is one of those 'Business Optimization Success Secrets' that seems counter-intuitive at first but yields incredible results. Another aspect that really resonated, especially coming from the OCR's mention of 'Faith for Finances,' is the integration of 'Godly wisdom' into business strategy. This isn't your typical business book that just talks about spreadsheets and KPIs. Myron Golden eloquently weaves spiritual principles into practical business advice. It taught me that genuine success isn't just about financial gain, but about operating with integrity, purpose, and a sense of divine guidance. For instance, the practice of giving and generosity, often rooted in faith, can actually open doors for abundance and blessings in business. It's about building a business that not only serves people but also honors higher principles. This unique blend of practical strategies with a spiritual foundation is what truly sets 'Boss Moves' apart and makes it so impactful. I also discovered the importance of truly 'thinking like your customer.' Before, I'd create what I thought was a great product or service. Now, I spend more time understanding my audience, their needs, and their language. This involves active listening, asking targeted questions, and even delving into competitor analysis, but from the perspective of what my customers are choosing. This isn't just marketing; it's about authentic connection and delivering real value. It’s a core insight that fuels genuine growth. And for those who are auditory learners like me, seriously check out Myron Golden's YouTube channel. His playlist breaking down the chapters is an incredible resource. It’s like having a free masterclass alongside the book. I've gone through all 63 videos multiple times, and each time I pick up new 'Boss Moves' insights that I can immediately apply. Whether you're an aspiring entrepreneur, a seasoned business owner, or someone looking to infuse more purpose into your work, this book, and Myron's teachings, offer a roadmap to not just financial success, but holistic business growth rooted in service and wisdom. It's truly an investment in yourself and your venture. You'll find it packed with practical business insights that you can implement right away.
