What are you babes doing on this fine Sunday🩷✨?
Hey babes! Since you loved hearing about my initial Sunday reset, I wanted to dive a little deeper into how I truly get that glowy skin everyone asks about. It's more than just one product; it's a whole vibe! My 'Self-Care Sunday' isn't complete without these steps, which I've refined over time, taking inspiration from all the amazing skin queens out there. For me, getting glowy skin is a journey, not a destination, and these steps make it an enjoyable part of my week. First, it's all about gentle cleansing. I always start with a hydrating balm cleanser to melt away impurities and any leftover makeup without stripping my skin. Next, exfoliation is absolutely key – a mild enzyme mask or a gentle scrub once a week makes all the difference for brightness and smoothness. You'll literally see your skin look instantly more radiant. I follow this with a nourishing serum, usually one packed with Vitamin C for that extra radiance boost, or sometimes hyaluronic acid for plumpness, depending on what my skin needs. Then comes my favorite part: a sheet mask! This is my ultimate pamper session step. I leave it on for about 15-20 minutes while I relax, maybe listen to some calming music or catch up on my favorite book. The hydration shot from a good sheet mask is unmatched for achieving that dewy, glass-skin finish. After I remove the mask, I gently pat in any remaining essence – don't let that goodness go to waste! Finally, I lock it all in with a rich, comforting moisturizer and, if it’s daytime, a broad-spectrum SPF. And please, don't forget your neck and décolletage! They need love too. Consistency is truly what transforms your skin from dull to dazzling. Remember, self-care is unique to everyone, so find what makes your skin happy and glow. What are your must-have steps for a luminous complexion on your 'Self Care Sunday'?
