However, reflecting on these moments has revealed that delays gave me space to prepare mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Trusting God’s timing became a practice of leaning on faith rather than succumbing to immediate feelings of doubt or impatience. I found that embracing this mindset allowed me to view delays not as denials but as periods where God was actively protecting me from premature actions or missteps.
