Reflecting on this, I highly recommend incorporating a variety of training types in your routine—light stability exercises to enhance coordination, endurance sessions to improve cardiovascular health, and proper rest days to allow muscle recovery. Using a fitness watch or tracking tool can also help monitor workout intensity and recovery time, preventing overtraining. Remember, fitness is a lifelong journey that requires time, patience, and listening to your body. Avoid the mistakes I made by consulting professionals or experienced trainers who emphasize functional movements and progressive overload. This way, you build a sustainable and effective workout plan that enhances your health rather than risking it.
