Adding strength training to my weekly routine wasn’t just about aesthetics; it preserved muscle mass and improved metabolic health, which is vital as we age. Even light resistance exercises twice a week make a difference. Managing stress through mindful practices like meditation and controlled breathing helped regulate my nervous system, reducing chronic inflammation linked to aging. It’s important to find what works for you, whether yoga, journaling, or regular downtime. Lastly, I incorporated probiotics and a fiber-rich diet to support gut health. A balanced gut microbiome contributes to improved immune function and reduced systemic inflammation. Biohacking longevity isn't about expensive products but consistent, small lifestyle adjustments. Avoiding the habits that promote inflammaging and embracing healthier alternatives empowers you to age gracefully and feel vibrant along the way.
