Help!! I really want to decorate my balcony but I don’t know what to add or make it peaceful. I do partake it “gardening” 🍃💨 However I am okay with decoration with plants too but I know nothing about taking care of plants. I do live in the desert 🌵🦂 so it’s been 100°+ outside. #decorating

As a bariatric patient, I still struggle with putting more on my plate than what I should. I never eat more than I can handle. Usually I just end up sharing with the dogs. 4-5 bites in an hour time frame is about all I can do. This mornings breakfast consist of 1 piece of Sara Lee Wheat Toast
