After testing City Lips over a few weeks, I didn't notice any significant lip fullness increase, which was disappointing considering the glowing claims I encountered online. The tingling sensation was mild and didn't translate into visible volume enhancement. I also appreciated that the formula didn't irritate my sensitive skin, which can be a plus for those worried about reactions. Based on my experience, City Lips may serve better as a lip balm with a subtle sting rather than a true lip plumper. If you're looking for dramatic results, you might want to explore other options or consult reviews that include before and after photos to set realistic expectations. Additionally, I recommend checking ingredients and seeing if the product suits your needs, as personal reactions can vary widely. Overall, my honest opinion is that City Lips doesn't deliver on its lip-plumping promises, but it can provide hydration and a slight tingling feeling that some users might enjoy.
