Step 1: in a non medium pan set head to medium low oil with avocado spray

Step2: whisk eggs and cottage cheese together and pour into pan

Step 3: Set stove heat to low and scramble eggs until fluffy in texture

Step4: lay two pita breads on chopping board and add choice of marinara sauce, mushrooms, pepperoni, mozzarella and cooked eggs from pan

Step5 : in an air fryer bake pizza at 300 for 12 minutes
