How to stay consistent with Fitness Goals ✨

The truth is, you have to assess what you want and how bad you want it

Then you have to find out how to get there (routines, nutrition, etc)

Then you have to remain consistent!

📒Tips and Tricks:

📍Pre-pack your bag

(clothes, gym accessories, meals)

📍Have a plan!

(Schedule a time, create a routine beforehand to save time, and stick to the plan for a minimum of 1 month before changing routines)

📍Don’t stop, stay consistent. If you fall off, get back up!

(You can always start again)

📍 Fuel your body, don’t under or over eat!

(Meal prepping saves time and money)

📍 Take your rest days!

(Muscle needs to rest to grow and it will save you from burning yourself out!)
