Best cardio hack I’ve ever discovered ✨

I enjoy my walks, I really do. But when I’m in my basement I tend to skip out on using my treadmill because it’s so dark and boring in my home gym. I started reading and playing Pokemon while I walk and it has changed my life forever! 10/10 recommend!

My brother helped me hack a neck tripod stand to fit my treadmill and I am obsessed! I even did cardio on a day I don’t normally work out at all!
