Has anyone tried this fragrance?

This was my first time seeing it in Tjmaxx and it smells good. The fragrance is close to Phlur Heavy Cream. Please try it and if you did what's your thoughts? Let me say this if you're not firmilar with the scent Heavy Cream by Phlur you won't understand this fragrance.
