WarriorBabe Build Day 17! #strong #challenge #success #hardwork #fitness @warriorbabe @warriorbabehealth @planetfitness
Oh my goodness, can you believe it's already Day 17 of the WarriorBabe 21-Day Challenge? Time is flying, and I'm feeling incredibly strong and empowered! This challenge has been such a game-changer for my fitness journey. For those of you wondering, the WarriorBabe Build 21-Day Challenge is designed to help you push your limits, build lean muscle, and really see what your body is capable of in just three weeks. It’s not just about lifting weights; it’s about mental fortitude and consistency. Today was a monumental day for me – I hit 5 new personal bests! I’m still buzzing from it. My hard work definitely paid off. Specifically, my Kettlebell Swing max volume significantly increased, and I managed a new 10 Rep Max on the WB Machine Seated Hamstring Curl, which felt incredible. I also saw improvements in my WB Wide Grip Lat Pulldown and WB Bodyweight Glute Bridge. Tracking my Max Volume (Total of all sets) has been key to seeing these gains. It’s so motivating to look back at my 'My Activities' and 'Recent Activities' and see that consistent progress. If you're considering the WarriorBabe 21-Day Challenge, or any fitness challenge for that matter, here are a few things that have really helped me. First, consistency is non-negotiable. Even on days when I don't feel 100%, showing up to Planet Fitness and getting that workout in makes a huge difference. Second, tracking your progress meticulously. Whether it's logging your reps, weight, or even just noting how you felt, seeing those numbers improve, like my '5 new personal bests,' keeps you going. I spend about 180 min weightlifting, burning around 987 cal, and it's always worth it. Third, don’t be afraid to push yourself, but also listen to your body. There’s a fine line between challenge and injury. The WarriorBabe program does a great job of guiding you, but personal awareness is crucial. And finally, celebrate every win, big or small! Hitting a new personal best, even by a small increment, is a huge success. It shows dedication and strength. My journey to becoming a 'WARRIOR Babe' has been so rewarding, and I can't wait to see what the final days of this challenge bring. If you're on a similar journey, keep going, you're a winner!
