“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18

Evening is sacred.

It’s the time when we breathe out all that the day held — the good, the hard, the healing work.

As a chaplain-in-training, I’ve learned: we don’t have to choose between therapy and faith. We get to bring our whole selves to God and to the therapist’s chair. 🕊️

Tonight, I’m journaling the tensions I’m releasing, and asking God to hold the pieces I can’t carry.

✨ Soul-Care Reflection:

– “What did I need today but didn’t get?”

– “What did I give today that I need to refill?”

– “Where is God meeting me in this moment?”
