Sooooo on👇everything said here... that's why I finally said enough. After 28 years of knowing each other and married for 17 years, I love you, and I'm sorry... were hope for me until I gave up on hope. Now he throws it in my face that, that's the problem I gave up on him. Not hearing me throughout the years screaming for help. I can't say I dont miss him, but I know that is for the best. Now I can't stand hearing his voice🤐

🫶Forgiveness-it’s not about them…
Forgiveness gets misunderstood a lot. People think it means: pretending it didn’t hurt letting someone back in excusing what happened Real forgiveness looks very different. It’s actually: 💙choosing peace over replaying the pain ♥️releasing yourself from carr

Things I Stopped Apologizing For
In my 40s, there are some things I no longer apologize for. I don’t apologize for changing my mind. Growth will do that. I don’t apologize for saying no without over-explaining. No is a complete sentence. I don’t apologize for rest without guilt. I’ve earned my ease. I don’t apologize for moving

Things I Thought Were Normal ✨
I genuinely thought being “easy to love” meant staying quiet, over explaining, apologizing too much, and never asking for anything from anyone. 😭 Now I’m realizing a lot of those habits were survival habits, not personality traits. 🤍 Healing has been unlearning the version of me that thought

Reminder: What Love Really Looks like❤️
I had this friend who used to think love meant chaos. Like if someone called you 20 times in a row, that meant they really cared. Or if they made you feel guilty for needing space, it meant they were just “passionate.” She thought love had to be loud, dramatic, and a little painful to be real.

This Is Why Your Routine Isn’t Working
There was a season where I felt like I was constantly running… but never actually arriving. The house wasn’t messy, but it didn’t feel calm. The kids were cared for, but I felt stretched thin. I had routines… but they didn’t hold me—they overwhelmed me. Every day felt like I was chasing som

I stopped apologizing for needing rest…
There’s a very specific kind of exhaustion that comes from constantly showing up for everyone but yourself. And I lived in that space for way too long. I was tired… but didn’t feel like I had the right to be tired. I wasn’t a mom of three. I wasn’t working 90 hours a week. I wasn’t dealing wit

A lot of modern relationships fail in emotionally confusing ways now. Because people are taught to explain attraction… without explaining direction. So two people can: • genuinely like each other • enjoy each other emotionally • feel chemistry • communicate daily • build attachment

You simply stopped being someone they could control — and that’s why they’re angry. This part of the journey is always the scariest, but it’s also the most powerful… because it means you’re waking up, healing, and stepping back into your strength. Keep choosing peace. Keep choosing clarity.
