There comes a point in time where those people just are not worth the energy. I’ve had people blatantly lie on my name all because they didn’t get the lead position & I did. It’s cool. I just made sure to remove that person from my life. I did not block them. But clearly they felt guilty because she then blocked me 🤣👏 Just proved my point. I move mountains while they’re still piddling in ant mounds. I will always cheer for you, but the moment you spit on my name is the moment I flip that table. PERIOD. Don’t ever smile in my face & lash out behind my back. Keep it to one face, please & thank you.
Navigating toxic relationships can be a real challenge, especially when those around you act out of jealousy or resentment. It's important to recognize when certain people drain your energy and do more harm than good in your life. One key step is setting boundaries to protect your mental and emotional well-being. This can mean distancing yourself from individuals who lie or speak badly about you behind your back. Authenticity and honesty are vital in maintaining healthy relationships. Whenever someone betrays your trust or spreads negativity, it’s okay to stand firm and assertively remove them from your inner circle. This doesn’t necessarily mean cutting off completely but prioritizing your peace first. You don’t have to engage in retaliation or block out of spite—sometimes, simply stepping back is the healthiest response. Also, it’s beneficial to surround yourself with people who cheer for your success and encourage your growth. Supportive friendships foster resilience and boost confidence when you face challenges. In contrast, negative influences can cause stress and self-doubt. Remember, maintaining integrity is a powerful way to demonstrate your strength. When you rise above drama and focus on your goals, you move figuratively “mountains” while others remain stuck. Keep communication straightforward—if someone can’t be honest to your face, it’s fair to expect that behavior to be addressed directly. Ultimately, protecting your mental space by managing toxic dynamics helps you grow into your best self. Prioritize your well-being, and don't apologize for standing up for yourself.
