I didn’t plan this 🤍

The idea came to me while I was at work… and I just thought, why not create something that actually means something?

As I’m stepping into this new career field, I’ve seen so much — especially in education and childcare.

And one thing that stays with me is how many kids with autism don’t always have someone advocating for them the way they deserve.

Some need extra support.

Some need one-on-one help.

And they deserve someone who will speak up for them so they can be successful.

This brand is bigger than t-shirts.

It’s personal.

I have family members who are autistic, and I will always advocate for them — loud and proud 🤍

Bloom Behavior Co. was created to spread awareness, encourage understanding, and remind the world that every child deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated.

This is just the beginning 💛

... Read moreStarting a journey in a new career, especially one centered around education and childcare for children with autism, has been eye-opening for me. I’ve witnessed firsthand how many kids on the spectrum lack adequate advocacy — whether it’s extra support in classrooms or the one-on-one attention they deserve. This gap inspired the creation of Bloom Behavior Co., a brand that stands for more than just merchandise. It represents a personal commitment to championing neurodiversity and inclusion. From my experience, one of the most important aspects is recognizing each child as an individual who deserves to be seen and celebrated for who they are, not just defined by a diagnosis. Autism acceptance means pushing beyond awareness to ensure these children receive support tailored to their unique needs. Whether it’s through educating teachers, empowering families, or raising public consciousness, every effort counts. Advocacy can sometimes feel daunting, but it’s vital. Having family members with autism has deeply motivated me to be a loud and proud advocate — someone who speaks up when others may not. Supporting neurodiverse individuals fosters not only their growth but also enriches our communities overall. Bloom Behavior Co. embodies this spirit by encouraging understanding and inclusivity, reminding the world that every child’s potential is worth nurturing. As the movement grows, more brands and individuals are joining in to promote this cause, turning a simple idea into a powerful platform for change. The journey is just beginning, but I’m optimistic about the future we’re building — one where children with autism receive the visibility, respect, and resources they rightfully deserve. If you’re passionate about autism advocacy or looking to support neurodiversity, consider how small actions in your everyday life can make a difference. Educate yourself about inclusion, share stories that highlight diverse experiences, and most importantly, be that voice for those who need it. Together, we can create a world that truly embraces and celebrates all minds.
