Release. Receive. Rest.
There is a quiet kind of strength in surrender—the kind that stops striving and finally exhales. We often hold on out of fear: fear of failure, of loss, of what might happen if we let go. But God invites us to release what we were never meant to carry so our hands can open to what He’s trying to place there.
Release is not defeat; it’s trust. It’s saying, “God, I don’t have to control this to believe You’re working.” When we release, we make room to receive—peace instead of pressure, grace instead of guilt, rest instead of exhaustion.
You were never called to hold it all together. You were called to rest in the One who does.
Reflection:
What are you still trying to hold that God is asking you to place back in His hands?
