3️⃣ Focus on weight training and cadio for at least 150 minutes a week.
4️⃣ eat protein, simply kg = protein per day. (g) We weigh 51 kg, need 51 grams of protein, 2.5 matches of meat + 2-3 eggs per day.
5️⃣ reducing starch, polish, and sugar, all forms (including fruit), reducing fried items (food sample as pictured)
6️⃣. Do IF 16: 8 until you get used to it. Do it and continue at 18: 6 and 20: 4. Keep going.
