Batam SUPER CUTE & YUMMY bread cafe šŸ¤¤šŸ‡®šŸ‡©šŸžšŸ„–šŸ„šŸ„Æ

This post is for those of you planning to head to Batam for a short escape AND loves cafe hopping.

On top of the usual well known cafes - anchor/mula parisserie/itsumo tart, here’s a new cafe that should be on your radar (esp for bread lovers)!! All their bread are so soft and good šŸ‘šŸ» šŸ„šŸžšŸ„–

Cafe: Domoo bakery house

Address: Pantai indah mutiara No.36-39, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau 29432, Indonesia

They are located near the new golden coast port that just opened in Apr’25, which currently only connects to Malaysia.

Each corner of the cafe is so aesthetic and they have the door knob in a bread shap which is SO CUTE šŸ˜ For dine-in, they give you disposable gloves in a cute little individual pack to eat with!! All these small little details that are well taken care of.

I highly recommend getting the following items for dine-in/takeaway.

1ļøāƒ£ shokupan loaf šŸž:

so soft, perfect to takeaway and bring home for your parents or loved ones instead of the kueh lapis 🤤

2ļøāƒ£ cranberry cream cheese šŸ§€:

they heat it up and cut it up to bite size for you to enjoy. soft & chewy, with a generous filling of cream cheese with each bite.

3ļøāƒ£ donut šŸ©:

highly recommend the dark choco one!

4ļøāƒ£ ees kopi susu domoo ā˜•ļø:

they have 2 options: sea salt or cinnamon. I got the sea salt which taste great but I think both would be delicious.

Domoo bakery house

... Read moreIf you're planning a trip to Batam and love exploring unique cafes, Domoo Bakery House is a must-visit spot you shouldn’t miss. Located near the newly opened Golden Coast port (connecting to Malaysia), this bakery stands out with its warm, inviting atmosphere and meticulous attention to detail—like the cute bread-shaped door knobs and individually wrapped disposable gloves for dine-in customers, which add an extra layer of charm. The menu is diverse, but I especially recommend trying their signature Shokupan loaf, which is incredibly soft and perfect to bring back home for family or friends. The cranberry cream cheese bread truly stands out with its generous cream cheese filling and chewy texture, a perfect balance of sweet and savory. Don’t miss the dark chocolate donut, it’s rich yet light. For drinks, the Ees Kopi Susu Domoo offers two delightful options—sea salt and cinnamon. I enjoyed the sea salt version; the blend of flavors was refreshing and paired beautifully with the baked goods. Apart from the food, the aesthetic of Domoo Bakery House makes it a photogenic spot with cozy corners ideal for Instagram moments. Locals and visitors alike appreciate how the cafe blends taste and atmosphere seamlessly. Whether you're cafe hopping in Batam or simply looking for high-quality baked goods with a local twist, Domoo Bakery House is an excellent pick. It's a small bakery with big heart, perfect for enjoying a brief escape with delightful flavors and cute, thoughtful touches throughout the experience.
