Mabon, celebrated on the Autumn Equinox, is a festival of balance, gratitude, and reflection. On this day, light and darkness stand in perfect harmony, reminding us of the cycles of nature and the importance of equilibrium in our own lives. Traditionally, it marks the second harvest of the year—a time when communities gathered to give thanks for abundance and prepare for the coming winter. Spiritually, Mabon invites us to slow down, reflect on what we’ve reaped from our efforts, and release what no longer serves us as we step into the darker half of the year.
