Weight in Sundays
I do this every Sunday with my mom and kids. This help us with Consistency and Accountability for the past week. We only focus on if we gain or maintain. We use it as a way to plan for the week. This doesn't work for everyone. This is a trick that has been helping me on my journey. #weightloss
