🔌 1. Check the fire first (the most important!)

- See if the light is on? Is the light in the cabinet bright? If not on → Czech plug / cord / breaker

- If the lights are on normally but not cold → Go next

- ✅ Solve: Plug in tight, reset the breaker, change the outlet.

❄️ 2.Adjust the cold + arrange things in the cabinet 🥬🥩

- See the temperature button, accidentally hit it → Rotate to 3-5 or in the middle (cool)

- Is the stuff too tight? Full compression until the wind doesn't flow. → Remove some stuff. Leave a gap for the wind to pass through.

- Did you just put hot / hot water on it? → Wait to cool before you put it on.

- ✅ Solve: Adjust the middle cold, make things sheer, do not put hot things.

🚪 3. The door is not completely closed / the rubber rim is broken. 🧴

- Stroking the door tire, see if there are rips, stiffness, degeneration, or food waste on it → The cold is leaking out!

- Drop the paper insert between the door and the cabinet → close and pull: if easy pull = leak, hard pull = normal.

- ✅ Fix: Wipe the rubber rim clean, use warm water to rub if the ice is on, if it is hard / lacking → Replace the rubber rim (do it yourself 100-300 baht)

🧱 4.Place the refrigerator in the wrong place / can't cool. 🔥

- Place too close to the wall → Must be 10-15 cm behind the wall, next to 5 cm, let the wind drain out.

- Drop in the sun / near gas stove / heater → hard working cabinet, not cold

- Drop tilt / not level → The door is closed, not completely.

- ✅ Solve: Move away from the wall, move the shade, adjust the cabinet leg to the face slightly higher. The door will close completely.

🧊 5.Thick island ice (ordinary cabinet, not NO FROST) ❄️❄️

- Open the Freeze Channel: Island ice is more than 0.5 cm thick → block the cold wind. It can't flow downwards.

- ✅ Solve: Unplug, open the door, leave for 4-8 hours to melt all the ice, wipe dry and re-plug (this method solves a lot!)

🌬️ 6.Fan does not rotate (NO FROST cabinet is mainly here!)

- Open the freeze door and squeeze the light switch out → Listen to the sound and see if the fan turns?

- If not rotate → cold wind, do not send down the bottom → cold freeze, but the bottom is not cold.

- ✅ Solve: Czech if there is anything to scrub the fan → if broken → change the fan (200-400 baht)

🩹 7. Trial reset system. 🛠️

- Leave it unplugged for 10-15 minutes → Plug it back on → Sometimes the system shovels. This is gone.

🆘 When to call a mechanic?

✅ Complete 7 items and not cool → Compressor breakdown / air liquid leak / circuit board breakdown → Must be mechanic
