How to overcome anger along Buddhism

According to the principle in the Tripitaka, anger or anger is one of the roots of suffering. The way to overcome it is to understand its nature and practice its mind in the order of the following:

🔹 1. Know the blame of anger first.

The Buddha said in the canon:

"Anger burns itself first, like a fire that burns all the germs.

Angry people lose their faces, chaotic minds, loss of mind.

Destroy the reputation and suffer later. "

Anger does not hurt others as much as hurt themselves.

🔹 2. Key Principles: Win Angry With No Anger

The most obvious core teachings:

"Should win anger with no anger.

Should win evil with good

Should win frugality by giving

Should win falsehood with truth. "

- Dharma, spell 223.

It's not submission, it's not to let bad emotions dominate.

🔹 3. Practices when anger arises.

- Instantly set your mind: "I'm angry now." Just knowing it reduces your strength by half.

- Pause: Do not speak, do not do anything immediately, wait for the mood to cool down, because anger is an impromptu thing. It will be hot and cold.

- Consider karma: Think, "Everyone follows his reason and karma. He says / does that because he is not out of passion, like a sick man raving. Why are we angry with the sick?"

- Merciful: Change your mind to goodwill. "May he be happy, be exonerated." Merciful is the death poison of anger.

- Look with Wisdom: Seeing that we, the others, the events are nonexistent, not persistent.

🔹 4. Prevent method

- Practice concentration to keep the mind steady. It won't shake easily.

- Maintain good behavior, body, verbal, heart.

- Remember your Buddha, your diocese, for your refuge.

Brief summary: Overcoming anger is not restraining, but knowingly emotional, not cumulative, not retaliating with evil, and then changing his mind with compassion and wisdom.
