- Started with a manageable 30-minute workout, three days a week.

- Progressively increased workout intensity and frequency as needed.

- 10k steps on non workout days

4. Mindful Progress Tracking:

- Shifted focus away from the scale.

- Progress pictures

- Prioritized body composition feeling healthy and strong over worrying about numbers.

I transformed my body slowly, but surely while focusing on the inside out to health and wellness. Get out your head and just try a little something.
